Our Results

Lauriston students consistently achieve outstanding results in both the VCE and the IB Diploma. Learn more about the results achieved by our graduating classes

Our Class of 2012 students achieved many exceptional results, including four VCE students who achieved maximum study scores of 50 in a subject and three IB students who received perfect scores of 45.

In 2012 Lauriston Girls’ School ranked No.1 in Victoria for VCE results*.

Class of 2012 results included:

  • 23.86% of students in the top 1% with an ATAR # above 99
  • 52.27% of students in the top 5% with an ATAR above 95
  • 68.18% of students in the top 10% with an ATAR above 90
  • 76.13% of students in the top 15% with an ATAR above 85

Our IB students also performed exceptionally well:

  • 34% of our students were in the top 1% of the state.
  • 68% of our students were in the top 5% of the state.
  • 93% of our students were in the top 10% of the state.

# Australian Tertiary Admission Rank, a rank that shows a student’s achievement in relation to other students completing the VCE. The rank is used as part of the selection process for tertiary education in Australia.
