In 2005, the International Parents Support Group was established. There are parents from Japan, China, USA, Canada, England, France, Korea, India, Malaysia, Thailand, New Zealand, Tahiti, Vietnam and Czech Republic. Co-ordinated by the Lauriston Parents Association, the group meets monthly with Di Bambra (Director of Admissions at Lauriston Girls' School) to help relocating families. Families are welcomed to the School and Melbourne.

The group organises coffee mornings, lunches and visits. English as a second language lessons for parents are available weekly for free to help families to communicate with the School community
