Lauriston offers both a three-year-old Kindergarten (Michael House) and a four-year-old Kindergarten (Niall House) for boys and girls.
The Reggio Emilia concept is a strong influence throughout the kindergarten programs and provides an emphasis on play, being happy and developing at an appropriate pace. Our children go home happy and are eager to return the following day.
Fundamental to the program is a growing partnership between the children, their teacher and their parents in which the children are heard, cherished and encouraged to drive their own learning.
Questions are invited and answered and there are no restrictions on the estimation of what the children can do or may become.

3 year old Kindergarten - There are two options for attendance:-
- Two Days - Tuesday and Thursday
- Three Days - Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- Hours of operation are 9am - 3pm
- Children must turn 3 years by 30 April in the year of entry
4 year old Kindergarten - There are two options for attendance:-
- Four Days - Monday to Thursday
- Five Days - Monday to Friday
- Hours of operation are 9am - 3pm
- Children must turn 4 years by 30 April in the year of entry
Please Note - We cater for girls and boys for both Kindergarten ages.
