Leadership Training
Seven modules aimed at middle-managers such as Heads of Faculty or those with pastoral care responsibilities. The modules can stand alone but should be regarded as a comprehensive package that will result in a sustainable consistent leadership culture that supports the school's vision. Course participants receive comprehensive course material in a format that encourages them to participate actively in presenting and analysing ideas. Each participant is encouraged to lead a session.
