International Student Fees 2017

Tuition fees are paid one semester in advance with the first instalment paid prior to entry to the School. The below table details fees for international students attending Lauriston in 2017.

Other Expenses

Students must allow for additional living costs when considering living in Melbourne and studying at Lauriston. These costs include book and uniform costs, living expenses–including accommodation costs–and costs associated with other activities including school camps and other curriculum enrichment activities.

Camps & Other Curriculum Enrichment Programs

Year level camps are charged to the account holder. Optional camps/activities are advised in advance and charged separately.

The booklist can be viewed online at Booklists for the upcoming year are made available from December 1.


The Uniform Shop is open Tuesdays and Thursday during the school term between 11.30 am and 4.30 pm (closed for lunch between 12.15 – 12.45 pm). All new students will need to make an appointment with the Uniform Shop before commencement. For more information visit the Lauriston Uniform Shop page.

Second-hand uniform items can be purchased from the Lauriston Parents' Association Second Hand Uniform Shop. Opening times are advertised in the School's newsletter.



  • Students entering Prep–Year 8 will receive a loan device provided by the School to assist with their studies.
  • Students attending Howqua will have computers made available at Howqua.
  • Students entering Years 10–12 will need to purchase a notebook computer recommended by Lauriston; the Admissions Office will provide details of the most recent recommended device late Term 3 each year.
