Parking & Accessibility

Visitors are encouraged to check our parking guide here prior to arrival. 

Limited street parking is available for visitors. Visitors are encouraged to check the street signs as parking limits vary in our surrounding streets. 

Lauriston is serviced by ramps and elevators making the campus accessible for people with limited mobility. If you are concerned about access prior to your visit please contact reception with any questions you may have via reception@lauriston.vic.edu.au

Private Buses

Lauriston provides private bus services to assist Lauriston students in their travel to school. For younger students who might be nervous about travelling on the bus for the first time, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your classroom teacher and we will endeavour to find a bus buddy for them. 

Lauriston operates three bus routes travelling to and from the School every day. The buses travel from Waverley, Bayside & Williamstown areas. Panorama Coaches offers an additional private bus service for Eltham, Templestowe, Doncaster & Balwyn.

Who can use the private bus service?

The Lauriston Girls’ School bus service is available to Lauriston students. Our Bus Service allows students to travel safely to School each day with their peers. Students are not able to travel on the bus without a valid ticket.

How much does the School Bus Service cost and how can I purchase a ticket?

Bus fares are subsidised by the School however passengers are required to make a contribution to assist in covering costs.  

Parents may purchase a semester ticket or a yearly ticket.

Casual tickets are also available ($10.00 cash only) and can be purchased in advance from Reception. Casual ticket availability is dependent on seat availability.
