On this anniversary of the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps troops at Gallipoli, we recount the words of Old Lauristonian, Elizabeth Rosenblum, who wrote, during World War II: "We must use our school days to fit ourselves for the tasks ahead of us...we must work as we have never worked before...Our knowledge will then fit us to form a new world such as men have dreamed of for many generations: a new world where love of humanity, love of liberty and love of peace are to be found." Lest we forget.

How can making a smoothie be a learning opportunity? Well.
